Condition (used):  fair for age  (see below) - some edge/corner wear, marks/grubbiness/discolouration to the cover and in particular the external spine, paper separation between flyleaf and frontispiece (internal binding intact), otherwise fairly minor marks commensurate with age and use - the pages are generally fair/good with very light tanning throughout and very occasional light foxing.

Identifying marks or labels etc:  "WP Nimmo, Hay & Mitchell edinburgh".

Other information: leatherbound without dust jacket - interesting and rare old book with particularly attractive illustrations to the inside covers (see photos) - "Sesame and Lilies Two Lectures by John Ruskin MA 1. Of Kings' Treasures 2. Of Queens' Gardens" - may be of some interest to a collector.

Approximate dimensions:  15cm (length), 10.5cm (width).
