Condition very good for age (see below) - although this is clearly an unused shop stock item (the metal drink container inside is still sealed in its original cellophane wrapper) there are a few very small marks /shelf wear.
Identifying marks or labels etc: "© 2001 Twentieth Century Fox" "Manufactured By NECA" there is also a small holographic label "NECA Limited Edition 2933/5000".
