Condition (used):  good for age  (see below) - the dust jacket is uncut (9s net), is quite worn with some edge/corner wear/general marks and discolouration (particularly to the spine area), the cover/spine has extremely minor edge/corner wear, general very light general light wear,some of the flyleaves and end pages have some light foxing, the book is good with general light marks commensurate with age and use - the pages are generally very good with light tanning throughout.

Identifying marks or labels etc:  "First Published 1947......fifth impression 1948".

Other information: hardback with dust jacket - quite a rare book and believed to be in the first printing - may be of some interest to a collector.

Approximate dimensions:  20cm (length).
