Condition (used):  poor/barely fair for age (see below) - no dust jacket, the cover/spine has some significant staining, has fairly minor edge/corner wear and general wear/marks/grubbiness, significant liquid staining to the end pages, damage to the surface of the inside front cover (it is possible that a flyleaf may have been removed causing this damage), otherwise the book is good with very light marks commensurate with age and use - the pages are generally good/very good very light tanning throughout.

Identifying marks or labels etc:  "London MacDonald & Co (Publishers) Ltd.....First Published 1949".

Other information: hardback without dust jacket -  a very rare book (believed to be a first edition) "Quite Like Old Days by Victor Bridges" - may be of some interest to a collector.
