Condition (used): fair for age (see below) - the cover/spine has some fairly minor edge / corner wear and general moderate wear / marks / grubbiness / discolouration including some significant white staining to the front cover, there is an original retail sticker to the inside back cover (reads: Hollywood Book Store Opposite Hollywood Hotel Hollywood California), some moderate discolouration to the edges of certain pages throughout the book, otherwise the book is fairly good with fairly light marks commensurate with age and use - the pages are generally fair/good with light to moderate tanning throughout.

Identifying marks or labels etc:  "New York Dodd Mead and Company 1926".

Other information: hardback without dust jacket, an interesting and rare book with an attractive period "Les Rosiers" illustration to the flyleaf - "South Wind by Norman Douglas"  - may be of some interest to a collector.
