Condition (used):  generally very good for age in barely fair box (see below) - this set is complete with the following proviso: any instructions are missing - this game includes the following elements: 52 cards, the box is somewhat worn with some minor corner/edge wear, general moderate marks / wear / grubbiness / discolouration etc including some damage to the opening end (in the photo the end flap was still barely attached but very loose and delicate, since then this has come completely away), otherwise very minor marks commensurate with age and use.

Identifying marks or labels etc:  "Copyright Designs and Title Made In England HP Gibson & Sons Ltd London".

Other information:  great old game from Gibsons with brilliant period illustrations, facsimiles of the original 1890s De La Rue version, we are not entirely sure of the age but would suggest circa 1930s to 1950s - may be of some interest to a collector.
