Condition (used):  barely fair/fair for age  (see below) - some fairly minor edge/corner wear, some light grubbiness, two slightly damaged corners, discolouration to the fabric loop, stapel with some paper residue bottom left corner possibly where a calendar was attached), otherwise fairly minor marks commensurate with age and use.

Identifying marks or labels etc:  "Keswick Series No.635 British Manufacture" and written on the back in ink: "To margaret With Love From Mam & Dad Xmas 1941".

Other information: interesting and very decorative item: a printed card with an illustrated Biblical extract from 2 Chronicles 6.20:

"that your eyes may be open day and night toward this house, the place where you have promised to set your name, that you may listen to the prayer that your servant offers toward this place."

- We are uncertain of the exact date but would fairly confidently suggest circa 1930s-1940s (see above) - may be of some interest to a collector.

Approximate dimensions:  32cm (length), 20cm (width).

Approximate weight:  50g.
