Condition (used): poor for age (see below) - some folds and creases, some edge/corner wear, light grubbiness all corners have been trimmed (the item would appear to have been badly cut-out from some larger piece), there are two perforations at the top for string, otherwise marks fairly minor marks commensurate with age and use.
Identifying marks or labels etc: "Printed In Grea.....".
Other information: interesting item: a card with a decorative illustration and a biblical quote from Ecclesiastes 12.1:
