Condition (used): barely fair for age (see below) - missing the calendar and the residue of this has left a significant mark, some minor edge/corner wear, some light marks/grubbiness, some discolouration/fading and writing in ink on the reverse "With Best Wishes For A Happy Xmas From Gladys", otherwise fairly minor marks commensurate with age and use.
Identifying marks or labels etc: "The Mildmay Series Morgan & Scott Ltd Designed In England and Printed In The Fine Arts Works In Bavaria".
Other information: interesting and decorative retro item: a printed and illustrated card that used to include a calendar with a biblical quote: Psalms 34.10:
"9 Fear the LORD, you his saints, for those who fear him lack nothing.
10 The lions may grow weak and hungry, but those who seek the LORD lack no good thing.
11 Come, my children, listen to me; I will teach you the fear of the LORD."
- We are uncertain of the date but would fairly confidently suggest circa 1930s-1940s - may be of some interest to a collector.
