Condition (used): fair/good for age (see below) – a few fairly minor rubs/scuffs etc, one or two very minor dents, the silvered areas to the exterior and interior have a certain amount of tarnishing (see photos), a few very small spots of surface corrosion, otherwise fairly minor marks commensurate with age and use.
Identifying marks or labels etc: "Macfarlane Lang & Co's Biscuits & Cakes Glasgow & London Established 1817".
Other information: interesting, decorative and fairly rare item, unsure of the exact age but would suggest circa 1936 - 38 - may be of some interest to a collector.
