Condition (used): generally very good for age in poor/barely fair box (see below) - this set is COMPLETE with some spares - this game includes the following elements: 1 card folding board; 192/181 black wooden stones (11 spare); 189/180 white wooden stones (9 spares); 1 instructions leaflet - the box is quite worn with edge/corner wear, general moderate to heavy wear / marks / grubbiness / discolouration etc including some minor bowing to the lid, 4 damaged corners, some tape-repairs, to the lid,  some tape residue/marks/damage, a small patch of sticker damage to the lid, the clear plastic lid to the stones tray is a little damaged and warped, the instructions are good with very slight wear, otherwise very minor marks commensurate with age and use.

Identifying marks or labels etc:  "The Traditional Japanese Game Of Go Wooden Playing Pieces Stout Playing Board Rules and History Of The Game".

Other information:   interesting old game and now fairly rare, without being 100% certain we believe this to be Michael Stanfield, we are uncertain as to the age but would suggest circa 1960s - 1970s. - may be of some interest to a collector.
