Condition (used):  barely fair for age (see below) - sadly there are no chess pieces which would have presumably come with the set originally, the whole set is quite worn: the board has corner/edge wear, some fairly minor paper peel to one area, minor damage to the fabric hinge, some light pen scribbles and other light marks to the playing surface, the draughtsmen are well used and quite grubby, otherwise marks commensurate with age and use.

Identifying marks or labels etc:  none.

Other information:  an interesting set with wooden draughtsman about which we know nothing, we are uncertain as to the age but would suggest England circa early 20th century - may be of some interest to a collector.  

Approximate dimensions:    36cm (board length - folded), 18cm (board width - folded).

Approximate weight:  400g.
