Condition (used): good/very good played with condition for age in barely fair box (see below) - COMPLETE but no leaflets - inventory included - the box is somewhat worn with minor edge/corner wear, tape-repaired damage at both ends, ball point writing to the reverse, cracks and wear to the plastic inner tray, the contents are generally very good with very minor marks commensurate with age and use.
Identifying marks or labels etc: "044 Basic Set".
Other information: great Lego set with a rareness rating of 3/6 (Lego Collector's Guide) and was in production between 1968 and 1972, without checking absolutely every brick, all the pieces are of the correct era, ie all in ABS plastic with "Pat Pend" stamped on their undersides - may be of interest to a collector.
