Condition (used): good/fair for age (see below) - this is quite old and has some light marks/rubs accordingly including a small ink stain on the "paving stones" in front of the windows and other light stains/moisture marks to the paper, otherwise general fairly minor marks commensurate with age and use.
Identifying marks or labels etc: none.
Other information: good collectable, this has been probably hand crafted and to a fairly good standard with nice detailing, especially the outhouse and windows, the roof and paving are papered with everything else painted, we are uncertain as to its age but would suggest circa early to mid twentieth century - we have said circa 1950s but it may be much older - may be of some interest to a collector.
