Condition (used): good for age good/fair wallet (see below) - this item has been well used but  has fairly minor marks/grubbiness commensurate with age and use.

Identifying marks or labels etc:  "International Operating Services Ltd The Consortium Of Forestry / Pulp / paper Skills / management PO Box 35009 Vancouver Canada".

Other information:   a very interesting and rare item, we are not certain as to the exact age but would suggest circa 1960s - may be of some interest to a collector.
