Condition (used):  barely fair for age in barely fair box (see below) - unsure as to completeness - what you see is what you get - the box is somewhat worn with some minor edge/corner wear, 2 damaged corners to box base, general wear and light grubbiness, the solutions slips are heavily creased and worn, the puzzles are all have some surface corrosion, otherwise marks commensurate with age and use.

Identifying marks or labels etc:  "British Made" and a small retail label on the base "The Worcester Toy Shop (Mrs AM Bradburn) 101 High St Worcester Meccano & Hornby Pottery and China Speciality Dolls' Hospital Tel.: 1190".

Other information:  great little item, we are uncertain as to the age but would suggest circa late 1930s to early 1950s - may be of some interest to a collector.

Approximate dimensions:    20cm (box length) 17cm (box width).

Approximate weight:  250g.
