Condition (used):  fair for age (see below) - there is a little white patch towards the rear edge of the avocado dish which we thought was a chip but it appears to be glazed over so is possibly a firing fault instead (see photo) - interiors of all three pieces are somewhat stained and discoloured - otherwise intact with some light wear commensurate with age and use.

Identifying marks or labels etc:  none.

Other information:  recently acquired as part of a large collection of colourful novelty ceramics - we are unsure as to the exact provenance but most pieces appear to date from around the 1930s to 50s - interesting little 3 piece set consisting of an avocado dish and two tiny oil and vinegar jugs (see photo) - may be of some interest to a collector.  

Approximate dimensions:   13cm (avocado dish length); 3cm (jug height).

Approximate weight:  145g (set).

Price £10.  

Approximate Condition Descriptors: 

Poor:  May have many faults, blemishes and defects. Suitable for spares or restoration.
Fair:  May have a few faults, blemishes and defects but generally sound.
Good:   May have a few very minor blemishes.
Very Good: Generally in good condition with only a few very minor signs of wear.
Excellent:  Near mint to mint condition.
