Condition (used):  fair for age (see below) - one chip to edge of base (see photo) - hairline crack on underside - wear to rim - otherwise intact with some general wear commensurate with age and use.

Identifying marks or labels etc:  stamped "Made In Japan".

Other information:  recently acquired as part of a large collection of colourful novelty ceramics - we are unsure as to the exact provenance but most pieces appear to date from around the 1930s to 50s and this one is Japanese in origin - would make an unusual Easter gift - may be of some interest to a collector.

Approximate dimensions:   5.5cm (height); 4.5cm (diameter across the top).

Approximate weight:  40g.
