Other information: attractive item which we believe to be from the Mushroom & Sepia Contour range. It is believed that this colour was introduced by Robert Jefferson circa 1963 for the contour range of tableware. Jefferson was responsible largely for Studio and Delphis ranges, he was however, also a prolific designer of table and kitchen wares such as this. After graduating from the Royal College of Art in 1954, he became resident designer at Poole in 1958. He left Poole Pottery in 1966. NB: we currently have 1 of these items in stock in a similar condition.
