Condition (used): fair for age (see below) - there are no chips, the transfer is good and it displays well but all parts of the white surface area are subject to crazing, sadly a fairly common problem with this product, also the rubber seal is no longer fit for purpose and will need replacing, otherwise minor wear commensurate with age and use.

Identifying marks or labels etc:  "Taunton Vale Made In England".

Other information: a very decorative retro item in the Tara pattern from the Taunton Vale series of kitchenware, we are not entirely sure of the exact age but would suggest circa late 1960s to 1970s - may be of some interest to a collector.

Approximate weight:  1120g.
