£12.00Vintage Retro – Unrecognised Deco Marble Book End with Diecast Metal Wire Terrier Dog – Circa 1930s

Condition (used): generally fair/good for age (see below) - one or two small scuffs and very minor nibbbles to the marble, the felt base is coming loose in places and is a little frayed, there is some minor paint loss to the dog, otherwise fairly minor marks commensurate with age and use

Identifying Marks & Labels etc:   there is the remains of a small green and gold paper label  "..ste..sh...".

Other Information:   interesting Deco item. We're not sure who the manufacturer of the dog is but they are probably one of the major diecast makers of the time such as Hill & Co or Britains.
