Condition (used): fair/good for age (see below) - could use a good clean with an appropriate polish, otherwise minor marks commensurate with age and use.

Identifying marks or labels etc: looks like "H F * S A1 EPNS ".

Other information:  a nice decorative item, we are not entirely sure of the exact age but would suggest circa early 20th century - may be of some interest to a collector.

Approximate dimensions:   19cm (length) 1.5cm (max width).

Approximate weight:  32g.
