Condition (used): fair for age in poor/barely fair fair box (see below) - unsure as to completeness so what you see is what you get, it's definitely missing the ink pad - the box is quite worn with some edge/corner wear, some damage (missing one side of the lid, damaged corners, water damage etc), several ink marks/test printing marks to the inside of the lid and general grubbiness and marks, there is an instruction leaflet but this is a for a John Bull set - so perhaps they were related? - the contents are generally fair with some ink staining and fairly minor marks commensurate with age and use.
Identifying marks or labels etc: "A British Production".
Other information: good old set and very rare, we are uncertain as to the age but would suggest circa 1930s - 1950s - may be of some interest to a collector.
