Condition (used):  generally fair for age in poor/barely fair box (see below) - this set is INCOMPLETE we are not entirely sure how many words there are supposed to be but some are definitely missing - this game includes the following elements: 310 word cards; the instructions are in the lid - the box is very worn with corner/edge wear, general heavy marks/wear/grubbiness/discolouration including a missing segment and multiple tape repairs to the lid, damage to the hinge, the cards are generally good with occasional marks or grubbiness, otherwise minor marks commensurate with age and use.

Other information:  very interesting old game from John Walker & Co and now extremely rare, "John Walker & Co (Biographical details) John Walker & Co Publisher/printer; British; 1850 - 1880; fl.c.) Also known as Walker, John; John Walker & Co Address ? 98 Farringdon Street, London 26 Clyde Street, Edinburgh (1856-7) Biography Publisher" Source: British Museum, we are not entirely sure of the age but would suggest circa 1886 (Bodleian Libraries) - may be of some interest to a collector.
