Condition (used): barely fair for age (see below) - the cover/external spine has some minor edge/corner wear, marks, discolouration/fading including a small paint mark to spine and 5 tiny shallow perforations to back cover and end page, there are some school library marks/ballpoint writing to the flyleaf and end page, leaf 25/26 is loose, the pages are generally fair with moderate tanning throughout, otherwise fairly minor marks commensurate with age and use.

Other information: hardback without dust jacket - good book with great period b/w illustrations - may be of some interest to a collector.
