Condition (used):  fair/good for age (see below) - no dust jacket, the cover/spine has some very minor edge/corner wear and general light wear/marks/grubbiness/discolouration (especially to the spine), ex-libris (Corrine Tenney) sticker to the flyleaf, some paper separation at the flyleaves with some associated very slight looseness to the binding, some tanning/foxing to the inside rear cover and end page, otherwise the book is quite good with light marks commensurate with age and use - the pages are generally fair/good with light to moderate tanning throughout.

Identifying marks or labels etc:  "1939 Alfred A Knopf New York".

Other information: hardback without dust jacket -  a fairly rare book with drawings by Carlos Ruano Llopis - may be of some interest to a collector.
