Condition (used): fair/good for age in poor box (see below) - COMPLETE: this set includes full set of 52 cards (plus two promotional cards) and two booklets - the box is quite worn and has some edge/corner wear, damaged end to outer box, a patch of discolouration to the inner box, general wear/grubbiness, the booklets are both quite good but the hinges on have corroded to some extent with associated minor staining, the cards have a creamy yellow colour to the reverse and we are not sure if this original or and effect of age, otherwise they are good with minor marks commensurate with age and use.

Identifying Marks & Labels etc:   "Lexicon By Atozed Waddingtons" on box, "Copyright John Waddington Ltd London & Leeds Entered at Stationers' Hall February 8th 1935" on blue booklet.

Other Information:  a good set of old playing cards - we are uncertain as to the exact age of this set but would suggest circa 1930s - 1940s.

Approximate Dimensions:  10cm (box length), 7cm (box width).
