Condition (used): fair for age (see below) - NB the apparent line through the photo is where two scans have been combined to make one image and not a fault in the item - a little worn with some edge/corner wear, folds and creases, otherwise fairly minor marks commensurate with age and use.

Identifying marks or labels etc:  "Chas Brodie Ltd EC1".

Other information:  interesting and very rare Christmas promotional item - the sheet music for "Good King Wenceslas" with the message "Thank You - We are happy to have been of service. Your satisfaction is our aim during the coming year. from your laundry", we are uncertain as to the age but would suggest circa 1940s - may be of some interest to a collector.
