Other information: interesting item but a little strange, his hat is a lid that reveals that inside, his nose (which is a light bulb) is attached to some rather rudimentary wiring (as with most of the electrical items we offer for sale, this probably does not conform to modern safety standards and would therefore stress that this is sold as a collector's item rather than a working device. Please have a qualified electrician thoroughly check this before use) however there is no obvious switch or means of plugging it in or inserting batteries. It is also clear that he is supposed to be holding something in his left hand, whatever this is, is missing - may be of some interest to a collector.
