Condition (used): fair for age in fair box (see below) - MISSING 1 "A" tile, otherwise complete - comes with two original leaflets, the box has some corner/edge wear, there are three damaged corners to the lid and one to the tray, some tape marks/residue, general fairly light wear/grubbiness/marks, the leaflets are fair with tanning, wear and one has some very slight damage, the board has some fairly minor corner/edge wear, general wear/marks/grubbiness, a few tiles are a little worn or slightly grubby, otherwise contents are all fairly good with fairly minor marks commensurate with age and use.
Identifying marks or labels etc: "Manufactured By JW Spear & Sons Ltd Enfield Middx England For Production & Marketing Co" on outer lid and "US Copyright 1948 1949 1953 By Production and Marketing Company" on inner lid and "Copyright 1954 & US Copyright 1948 by Production & Marketing Company" on board.
Other information: a great traditional game - we are uncertain of the exact age of this item but would suggest circa 1954/5 - may be of some interest to a collector.
