£18.00Vintage Game - JeuJura Plastic Staunton Chess & Draughts Set in Wooden Box - France Circa 1960s?

Condition (used): generally good for age in fair wooden box (see below) – the chess set is complete but the draughts set that comes with it has one missing white piece, the box has some reasonable wear with minor edge/corner wear, one corner has two 6cm glued splits (one to lid one to base) and there are some general light marks/rubs/grubbiness, otherwise the contents are generally good/very good with minor marks commensurate with age and use.

Identifying marks or labels etc:  "Garnier Made In France Breveté SGDG & Pat Pend" on the paper chess sheet inside the box, "Rallyes-France MFR Déposé" on the paper map of France inside the box" and "Jeujura" on the Chess booklet.

Other information:  great old game and quite rare, we are uncertain as to the age but would suggest circa 1960s - 1970s - may be of some interest to a collector.

Approximate dimensions:  34cm (box length), 34cm (box width).

Approximate weight:  1270g.
