Condition (used): generally good/fair for age in fair box (see below) - almost complete - two of the chimneys have been replaced by homemade versions - this set includes the following elements: 4 card frames; 4 card houses; 4 card roofs; 8 card garage doors; 12 card windows; 4 card doors; 6/8 card chimneys (and 2 paper homemade replacements) , 1 plastic dice shaker and 1 wooden die with coloured spots - the box is a little worn with some minor edge/corner wear, 3 damaged corners to the lid, ballpoint scribbles to the tray interior and exterior and to a lesser extent the inside of the lid, the box also has general fairly light marks/wear/grubbiness/discolouration, the homemade replacement chimneys are of a poor standard and quite worn, otherwise the contents are good with minor marks commensurate with age and use.

Identifying marks or labels etc:  "© 1969 W Spear & Sons Limited ..............Spear's Games Made by JW Spear & Sons Ltd Enfield Middx England.....1208 Patent Applied for.....".

Other information:   good old game and now quite rare - may be of some interest to a collector - may be of some interest to a collector.
