Condition (used): generally very good for age in fair/good box (see below) - not quite complete - missing the top hat shaker, the elephant playing token and any instructions - this game includes the following elements: 1 folding card gameboard; 2 wooden dice; 7/8 special metal tokens (Rich Uncle Pennybags, Tram, car, shoe, bath' candlestick. beaker - the elephant is missing); 32 wooden houses; 12 wooden hotels; 16 Chance Cards; 16 Community Chest Cards; 1 Anniversary Card; 28 Title Deed Cards; a good quantity of uncounted paper currency; 1 plastic currency and card tray; 2 plastic card dispensers each with 4 rubber feet - the box is a little worn with some very minor edge/corner wear, general light wear / marks / grubbiness / discolouration, otherwise the contents are very good with very minor marks commensurate with age and use.
