Condition (used): generally fair/good for age in barely fair box (see below) - INCOMPLETE missing 6 Community Chest cards and one hotel - this set includes the following: 1 board, 2 wooden dice, 6 metal tokens, 32 plastic houses, 11/12 plastic hotels, 16 buff chance cards with squared corners, 10/16 pink community chess cards, 28 title deed cards with BR stations, 1 instructions leaflet and an uncounted amount of currency - the box is somewhat worn with some fairly minor edge/corner wear, two damaged corners to the lid, very minor tape marks/residue, some compression/warping to the base which also has some damage to one corner and general light to moderate wear/marks grubbiness, the instruction leaflet is a little worn with creases and some grubbiness, the board has paper separation along the spine and general fairly light marks, the instructions, cards and money are fair with some wear, otherwise the contents are good with minor marks commensurate with age and use.
