£10.00Vintage Party Game - Dennis Dainty/Thomas Egg Sandwiches G746 - Circa 1930s England

Condition (used): generally good/very good for age in barely fair/fair box (see below) - we are unsure as to the completeness of this game  - this set includes the following elements: 12 folding cards; 1 key/promotional card; one FG Thomas Stationery leaflet and a Dennis Party games Band - the box is somewhat worn with some minor corner / edge wear and general moderate to heavy marks / grubbiness / wear / discolouration etc including 2 damaged corners to the lid, 1 tear to one side of the lid, some minor foxing, the cards are generally very good and present as if they are unused but one has some light pencil and other marks and one has been partially completed in pencil, there is also a publisher's sticker to the lid reading: "FG Thomas (Sheffield) Ltd Heraldic & Mercantile Stationer 24 Angel St Sheffield also at 25 Surrey Street", the paper band is broken, the Thomas leaflet has some light foxing, otherwise very minor marks commensurate with age and use.

Identifying marks or labels etc:  "The Dainty Series No. G746 Copyright Printed In England FG Thomas Ltd".

Other information:   an interesting and very rare old game from the Dainty Series - we are not entirely sure of the exact age but would suggest circa 1930s - may be of some interest to a collector.

Approximate dimensions:   box: 16cm (length) 11cm (width) 1.75cm (height).

Approximate weight:  140g.
