Condition (used): good/very good for age (see below) - the masking tape on the back has largely disappeared but is otherwise framed and glazed to a reasonable standard, otherwise very minor marks commensurate with age and use.

Identifying marks or labels etc:  "Avril Morris".

Other information:  an attractive little print by noted artist Avril Morris, "Avril studied ceramics and sculpture at Leeds College of Art and taught at various schools in Lincolnshire whilst working with her husband David in their ceramics studio workshop. Eventually, her interest in ceramics was overtaken by a longstanding desire to paint which she has now been doing full time since her retirement from teaching. She has exhibited widely in this country and with the American Water Colour Society in New York. She was awarded the Graham Prize at the Holmfirth Art Exhibition in 1991, the Nicholson & Co. Prize with the Lincolnshire Artists Society in 1996 and the Lincoln Hospitals Purchase Prize with the same Society in 1998. In 1999, with the American Water Colour Society, she was awarded the Walser S, Greathouse Medal and was included in the travelling show. She was a co-founder of the Louth Art Exhibition in 1991".
