Condition (used): fair for age (see below) - UNTESTED (although there is a little residual gas left in the syphon which expels when the lever is worked, suggesting that it does indeed work okay) - there are barely any tiny knocks / rubs /  very small chips to the glass, the plastic in the handle, top and lower ring in the top section is  all a little worn and degraded, otherwise minor marks commensurate with age and use.

Identifying marks or labels etc:  "Co-Operative Wholesale Society Ltd CWS British Syphon Company London" (acid etched) and "X 8" on the base.

Other information: a decorative and retro syphon, we are not entirely sure of the age but would suggest circa 1940s to 1950s - may be of some interest to a collector.

Approximate dimensions:   10cm (max diameter) 32cm (height).

Approximate weight:  1650g.

Price: £16.
