Condition (used): fair/good for age (see below) - UNTESTED (although there is a little residual gas left in the syphon which expels when the lever is worked, suggesting that it does indeed work okay) - there are a few tiny knocks / rubs /  very small chips to the glass, a little wear to the top section, the paper label is somewhat worn, otherwise minor marks commensurate with age and use.

Identifying marks or labels etc:  "COOP Soda Water Keep in a cool place 37½p Deposit Co-operative Wholesale Society Ltd New Century House Manchester" (paper label) " XI or IX" on the base and "CO OP" (acid etched).

Other information: a decorative and retro syphon, we are not entirely sure of the age but would suggest circa 1960s to very early 1970s - may be of some interest to a collector.

Approximate dimensions:     10cm (max diameter) 31.5cm (height).

Approximate weight:  1650g.

Price: £16.
