Condition (used):  good for age (see below) - a few grubby marks (see photo) - no apparent major chips or cracks - otherwise intact with some light wear commensurate with age and use.

Identifying marks or labels etc:  "Five Towns China - England" (see photo).

Other information:  recently acquired as part of a large collection of colourful novelty ceramics - we are unsure as to the exact provenance but most pieces appear to date from around the 1930s to 50s and these ones are of English origin - interesting little pair - may be of some interest to a collector.

Approximate dimensions:   5cm (shoe length); 3.5cm (shoe height).

Approximate weight:  50g (pair).
